Does Becerra as US Trade Representative represent change you can believe in?

An empty suit is still an empty suit. The only trade policy the US has is to give away the store to others. This started long before Clinton. We have been getting the short end of the stick for 40 years. That is why we are losing jobs and companies are going off shore.
