Help please????????????????????!?

Hey Liz, You need to be more gentle on yourself and body as it's already working very hard right now and will continue. There are lots of hormones running around inside your body, changing things. Your ligaments are stretching your pelvis is softening. I'd take it easy and try and do some pregnancy yoga (as hippie or off-putting as that sounds) it's not! and is really worth a try. Generally the only things you need is an exercise ball, also other things like swimming and walking are great =)
