!!!!Questions about my new baby kitty?

Some people had her for a day and had to get rid of her. They bought her no supplies. Shes supposidly 7 weeks old but I think shes 4. Her eye color is still changing, shes super small, she can only eat soft food, and shes tried nursing on me. I got her at 2pm today. She was starved where she was before cuz shes super skinny and they had no supplies. She tries eating every 5 mins. (dry food soaked in water so its soft and wont get diahrrea) and she still hasnt gone potty and its 9:30pm. Is this bad???? Help!
