I want to try for iit but my mind full of bad things does not alloy me to study. what to do?

i sit to and the girls in my cl come in my mind. i feel lazy while reading. i just read physics book &only just read not doing any numericals. my father has a very small business and i want to make his dream true. pls pls help me i badly need help. i m in 12th , and i may wait for more one uear, but how to get rid of those bad stuff while studying.? pls help me for god sake?
