How should i move on with my man that i spend with over 3years in my life?

he said he was so busy with his work and can't find time for us. he asked for time and space. and he won't even show up every time i asked him that we will see each other. i loved him so much. then he also included about my attitude. he don't understand me anymore likewise, with him i don't understand him. all i need is his time, care and love. and suddenly he will just broke up. please give me an advice.
