Headache 4 days running and lumps?

Ive had a constant headache for the last 4 days. I sometimes fell sick and light headed. ive been getting tired really easily lately aswell. no matter what painkillers or anything i take, the pain will not go away, i dont know whats the matter and to make matters worse, was rubbing my head because it was hurting. i found the tiniest lump ever but it feels horrible. like a tiny pebble on my head. it really hurts. if yous cant help, i will go to the doctors, but id rather have help of you lot. thanks
