First, you have to be at your goal weight, then this is what I learned. I ate only healthy foods, for 6 weeks, and I exercised, for 6 days a week, for one hour. The diet was key. In 4 wks, I had people tell me that my arms were amazing, just by alternating cardio one day, with weights the next. I took group fitness cles at the gym. That is it, most important, weights and diet, cardio to burn off fat. That easy! Good luck!
