Make Italian burgers. Add one egg, about 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 c parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Grill or broil to desired consistency. You can serve with a bit of marinara sauce instead of ketchup, although traditional seasonings are just as tasty. I like to do the marinara, a bit of fresh mozzarella, some fresh basil and sliced tomato served on ciabatta or focacia bread.
