I wnat to learn japanese language..?

I think that considering the difficulty you have with English, it would be crazy to try to learn Japanese. Concentrate on raising the standard of your written English to that of an average 8 year old before you do anything else. It will be an excellent investment for the future to be able to write a whole sentence, and to spell simple words, unless you anticipate a purely manual career.
