get a cheap place to live , for now , and get a cheap one or two thousand dollar car, think your gonna have to put down first and last month, plus possible deposits for electric gas, trash water cable phone , think that your rent should not be more than 30 percent of your income and keep as much as you can in savings for emegiancies that will come up
