Why don't the neo cons and the republicans go to iraq to be wellcomed by the iraqi people with open arms?

since Bush, Cheney,Rice, Gates and the rest of the fellow nazi henchmen keep saying iraq is much safer now then when under saddam,so lets see all you Bush and co followers go to iraq and be wellcomed by iraqi's with open arms.
