Sugar Glider Bonding Pouch Aggression?
Our sugar glider recently began getting upset when we put her in her bonding pouch. Yesterday we had to take her out of the apartment to spray for bugs, and kept her in her pouch a lot. Now when we put her in, she scratches around the pouch and chews aggressively at the opening of the pouch. I tried to reinforce positive emotions by giving her some honey while she was in the pouch, but it hasn't seemed to work. Should I just keep her in until she calms down and falls asleep?? I would put her back in her cage but am afraid that she will just think "oh, if I dont like it, I can just bite a lot at it until I get put back", and will never get used to her pouch again. Any advice? :(
